It has little (if anything) to do with reality, and it's stylised to the point of being over-stylized in places, but what the hell, it's actually better than most regular Bond films. ()
I was excited that the BBC was going to tell me something interesting about the author of the Bond movies. In the end I got almost bored to death with thousands of love scenes, where the lowest point was possibly the third episode. There the premise behind the whole four-episodes long TV series showed the most. The creators decided to film it not only from the action point of view, but also from the romantic one. The action part was not so bad, but in this case, the romance was pure evil. ()
