This episode didn't quite hit the same high notes for me as the previous one, mainly due to the historical political speeches. While I don't fault their inclusion, as they were undoubtedly necessary for context, they did tend to drag on a bit. Nonetheless, the episode once again thrust us into the hands of ruthless criminals who showed what they were capable of. If given enough time, Vincent could probably create a human bonsai. Overall, it was satisfying, despite the slightly slower pace. 4*+ ()
