Biography
Katarzyna Gondek is both a filmmaker and a literary author who hunts out the surreal. She has published two novels (Horror Vacui and Otolith) and a poetry book. Her latest film works are Figure, a poetic comedy about a gigantic plastic pope, and Hosanna, a short narrative that also lightly deconstructs a few religious myths. Right now she is working on a short fiction, a Polish/Belgian co-production called Deer Boy, and a documentary about disappearing memories (Missis I).
