Fly Away (S01E08)

Rush and Valens reopen a case involving a young woman, Rosie Miles (Laura Regan), who is slowly emerging from a 2-year coma with no memory of the murder of her daughter, Toya (Aynsley Lemon). Rush and Valens' only leads are an unknown man fleeing the building moments after the daughter fell to her death and an anonymous telephone call partially describing the fugitive. The case takes an unexpected turn when Rush discovers an old videotape from a security camera in the victim's bedroom; however, Rush must rely on Rosie to provide additional details on the night of the fall.
