The first part was a big slap in the face, which I happily prescribed to myself after being quite disappointed by the ending of Vyšehrad. Subsequently, it took a while for the progressive Obvod to bring more parts, but I think the wait was worth it. Although I got some really awkward parts, overall I had quite a good time, which is also greatly facilitated by the fact that I still really like Jiří Langmajer and that role of the forever pissed-off coach Hrouzek simply fits like a glove. I still think that Petr Kolečko can handle it on his own, and his incredible joke delivery just speaks volumes. I will gladly return for more, more than to the previously mentioned Vyšehrad, which started it all. The twenty-minute duration suits this better. ()
I'm very happy with the series. Adding up the negatives, I couldn't take away more than one star. I’m not a huge fan of Jiří Langmajer, but he was brilliant in The Line. Norbert Lichý was great as usual and Hana Vagnerová often made me laugh and managed to look good while doing so. I haven’t had such a good laugh for ages. If the creators hadn’t made some unfortunate decisions, it would have been worth a full score. ()
