Ghoulies IV is a classic product of low-budget filmmaking, targeting those who are willing to watch this type of B-movie. And I think there are such people. Personally, I wasn't terribly offended by it, and I had some fun here and there. It seems like it met its basic goal; that it's a low-quality film is pretty evident right from the start. I wouldn't rate it with a Boo! rating, though. ()
