She made his university studies (English Language and Philosophy) at the city of New York. She made her debut in film in 1972, in Arturo Ripstein’s El castillo de la pureza, a film for which she was already awarded several prizes. Between 1973 and 1978 she lived in Oxford, England, where she studied Alexander Technique and took part in E.T.C. (Experimental Theatre Club) in Oxford University.
