Madeleine Stowe, Andie MacDowell, Drew Barrymore and Mary Stuart Masterson star in the wild Western story of four fallen women on the run. Branded as outlaws, pursued by a posse and tracked by Pinkerton detectives, the four must ride together to stay alive. But when they're double crossed by a gang of ruthless desperados, the women decide it's time to stop running, and start fighting! (official distributor synopsis)

A decent quartet of actors, several decent action scenes, the sweetheart Dermot Mulroney and a properly sleazy antagonist. It's a top-notch formula and it sure was fun at the time. Nostalgia as it should be. Madeleine Stowe is traditionally divine. ()
It's neither a dud, nor significantly above average. As a Saturday/Sunday afternoon film, it’s ideal. The only thing that’s above-average is Goldsmith music. ()
