A literary man lockes himself in a solitary house to write a novel about the religious life during the colony. The man is interrupted, first by his son (political activist), and later by his wife. His work narrates the difficulties that some nuns have with the bishop; the author gets so involved in his text that he comes to live a romance with one of the protagonists of the novel. All of the above is part, in turn, of a film that films. (Guadalajara International Film Festival)
