Návrat Jána Petru

A story of a man returning home after long imprisonment. The film documents the changes in the eastern part of Slovak countryside in the 1950s and 60s. The main character, Ján Petro, was fighting against fascism during the war, after the liberation he supported collectivization but was accused of murder. On his return home from prison he feels lonely and it is hard for him to forget his past. (Verleiher-Text)
