Random violence in movies bothers me just as much as gratuitous sex scenes. In the third season, the violence has ramped up a bit, but strangely enough, it doesn't irk me. If anything, it is a nice contrast to the previous season, which seemed to lack any real purpose or intent to shock or engage viewers. Like its predecessors, the eighth episode had a decent pace and coherent storyline.
