Sinopsis(1)

Maxine's first day back on the job, two weeks after Jared's death, finds her taking a boy away from his mother, who turns out to be someone Maxine had placed in a foster home eight years before. Amy, meanwhile, hears a custody case involving a teen whose parents disagree about whether she should attend a school for overweight children. Also: Kyle tells an accident victim that plastic surgery will make her look as good as new, but this turns out to be a promise that he might not be able to keep. (CBS TV Network)
