Anh Hong

Director, producer and one of the most acclaimed actresses in Vietnam. She was trained to be a professional dancer at the Dance School of Ho Chi Minh city. She graduated in screenplay writing from the University of Theatre and Cinema. She began her acting career in 1996 and since then she has won many prestigious awards in Vietnam and at international film festivals. She has also been involved with various film productions as a producer, an independent distributor and a sponsor for a young filmmakers' society. "The Way Station" (2017) is her first feature film as a director.
