Engels I don’t understand why Young Ones has such a bad score. In my opinion, it’s a pretty decent post-apocalyptic realistic sci-fi with a tinge of Western. Nevertheless, the problem with this movie is that the characters in it aren’t too likeable. It’s also pretty impartial, so you can’t find a single character that would be interesting in any way. The manner of storytelling is interesting as well as the ending that provokes the way old Westerns did. Lady Vengeance strikes again. ()

Engels An Interesting sci-fi where the future serves as a backdrop for human drama to unfold. As long as Michael Shannon was on the scene, I was entertained, and I was curious to see how it would all unfold. Once Shannon was gone, Kodi Smit-McPhee and Nicholas Hoult took over his role and delivered good performances, but unfortunately, the story couldn't develop the interesting setting and premise further and simply focused on the aftermath of one act.
