Prepare yourself for an adventure of epic proportions. With warriors so skilled at battling questionable slimes and taming tumescent tentacles, there's no need for all that bulky armor. Brought to you by some of the masters of the female form, Bikini Warriors features character designs by Rei Hiroe (Black Lagoon), Tony Taka, Odanon (Queen's Blade), and Hisasi. All your favorite RPG classes beginning with the athletic Fighter, elegant Paladin, and enchanting Mage--are busting the min/max barriers for maximum blood loss! Are you equipped? Unsheathe your sword and prepare for battle! (Madman Entertainment)

It was obvious from the title that this show would be a hundred percent ecchi and that was confirmed after the first few episodes. There are some long shots of above-average female bodies in bikinis from various angles and then various small episodes that lead to other moments that will please fans of different erotic practices like bondage etc. Bikini Warriors is the perfect pleasant show for the ecchi fan (although it is perhaps too short). For anyone interested in a decent narrative and wit, this is quite boring (and fortunately very short). As for my opinion on parodying RPGs, I, for one, wonder how much RPG stuff can be crammed into five minutes, especially when about two to three minutes are devoted to the camera slowly going over women’s bodies in one episode. Plus, the only reason there is any “RPG storyline” is that the monsters can spit acid on the girls and ruin their outfits; the quest turns into bondage. The above does not seem to have much to do with humorous RPG parody, in my opinion (although perhaps I do not have a sense of humor); this appears to be just ecchi set in a fantasy RPG world. If the anime’s creators had focused more on the interesting aspects of reality/RPG as they did in part in the third episode, then perhaps I would have been more satisfied. However, this storyline just led to showing the girls naked again, so even the interesting idea of collecting chests and nationalizing the items of the NPC characters was almost lost on me. I enjoyed “DanMachi” because it had a decent narrative and the wit as well as the ecchi, the characters were diverse, and some of them were cute. However, with Bikini Warriors, I got nothing from the girls (except the detailed knowledge of their bodies and especially their massive chests). I do not mind a reasonable amount of eroticism as long as it is combined with something else or is cleverly, wittily, and interestingly presented (like High School DxD) but I did not find that with this show. So, that is why I am awarding this show one star for some interesting ideas in episodes three and five, 2/10. ()
