Síndrome de Los Quietos

In 2018, a group of filmmakers, calling themselves ‘Los Quietos ’ (The Motionless), embarks on an essay film about a hypothetical stillness syndrome in the Republic of Colombia. For unknown reasons, the project is never finished. Fifty years later, a researcher recovers the raw images of that project, and sets them up as a public presentation to publicize that hypothetical Colombian stillness syndrome at a major film festival.
