Karas

The graphics are really very beautiful, at times I felt like grabbing a joystick and playing, because the one I was rooting for wasn't really into it at the moment, so I wanted to give him a helping hand... Well, it would probably have been a good game. As an anime – the story didn't really appeal to me, the only music that caught my attention was during the credits, the opening was too hallucinogenic for my taste, the characters were characters I've met before, so their behavior, actions, wins/losses weren't surprising. Two characters I liked, one I already mentioned, was the dude with the guns, who unfortunately did a lot of yelling, and then the slug-like creature that screamed "Aniki", which was a really cute yōkai ^^ Yeah, but the rest of the characters I kind of didn't feel for and didn't really care if they died or defeated the enemy. I saw it, it left me with a pinhead-sized impression, I switched off. I'll forget about it soon enough, and it's probably mostly because there's not much to remember. A weaker 3 stars. (24.01.2010)
