Frank is a Doctor of Philosophy, an unemployed ex-editor of a woman's magazine and thus currently houseman in his girlfriend's flat. Gy is a policeman, always at odds with his health insurance because of his toothaches, who soothes his pain with one-night-stands. Olli runs a delicatessen and is unfortunately his own best customer because no one else shops there. When Gy causes an expensive automobile accident with his attractive new colleague Daphne, the three men need a radical solution to their cash pro­blem. They decide to form an escort service for women, offering to fulfil the dreams of their female customers under the motto "German delicacies, please touch". Frank, who is already spoken for, will at least offer his expertise as a man who understands women. The three of them succeed in hiring two other unemployed fellow sufferers: the attractive, young, but low-powered Lasse and the more mature Giselher, a former executive. While the older gentleman is only willing to escort the ladies to theatre or opera performances, the others must be prepared to "stay the course". They must therefore not only study and practise the techniques of lovemaking, but also set about combating their bodily problem zones in a fitness centre. (Berlinale)
