angielski SPOILER ALERT. Alicia Vikander's soft and pretty face is in stark contrast to Katrina, the character she plays. But she played her damn well. No wonder Hollywood noticed her. What pleased me most about this film was the musical component. I don't know what it is, but I unconsciously choose films in which Beethoven's 7th Symphony plays a pivotal role; it can't be a coincidence that this is the third film in the last month from which that seemingly inconspicuous yet highly dramatic and stirring melody poured out at me. And I'm almost ashamed to say that after Katarina threw Adam out the window, I thought: "That's what you get, you arrogant bastard!" ()

angielski So this is Alicie Vikander’s debut? Not bad; unlike contemporary films, it really does look like it takes place in Scandinavia. I just wonder why it’s the film world so hard on actresses, making them prove their potential through erotic scenes. Or am I mistaken and this film is actually about something else completely? Anyhow, it’s a typical gloomy Scandinavian affair with a female psycho as the leading character. It’s fascinating how much acting self-assuredness Alicia has gained since this role. ()
