Matúš Široký

Matus is a composer and producer from Slovakia who has created music for successful titles such as Mafia 2 and Top Spin 4 for the Czech branch of 2K Games. His career in music began when he started playing the piano, being six years old, and when he composed his first pieces one year later. Gradually, he turned to composing music in his computer, as virtual instruments spread radically and not many composers can do without them these days. He joined 2K Czech in 2006 when he won a selection procedure for which composers from all over the world applied. Matus deals with a very wide range of musical genres.
