Belgium, of all places! What is there supposed to be – apart from French fries and chocolates? But it is Hannes and his wife Kiki's turn to decide on the destination of their annual bike trip with their closest friends. So the group sets out full of the spirit of adventure. What counts, after all, is spending some time together. It is only once they are on their way that their friends learn that Hannes is suffering from an incurable disease. Initially, the group is shocked and at a loss, but then they turn their trip into a wild and unique tour. Through Hannes, they realize how precious life really is, celebrating it like never before... Seen during the Challenge Tour - Movie hunt: Task number 8 - a film that takes place outside the country you live in. Quality German drama, about which I have to repeat over and over again - Florian David Fitz, Florian David Fitz, Florian David Fitz. Alongside Daniel Brühl, the best German actor of his generation. After his phenomenal performance in Vincent will Meer, he shines again in a very different acting role. The rest of the ensemble is also really cool, from the tender, likeable Koschitz, through the joker Vogel to the sexy energetic Miriam Stein. I won't give the highest rating just because the film, despite its quality and values, didn't get to me as much as I thought it would. In conclusion, I agree with the distributor's motto that it is a hymn to friendship, which is really true.
