Kkumboda haemong

A frustrated young actress is feeling depressed because nobody has come to the play in which she is acting. On top of that, she has broken up with her boyfriend. When she goes to have a cigarette in a park, she meets a detective with a strange gift – he knows how to interpret dreams. She tells him a dream she had in which she is sitting in a strange car with the owner locked in the trunk. The detective realizes that her dream sounds just like a case he is working on. The plot quickly shifts to a plane where dream logic prevails, the line between illusion and reality is not entirely clear, and the protagonists' lives are strangely intertwined. Will the young woman be successful in her work and in love? And what role do her dreams play in all this? (Karlovy Vary International Film Festival)
