Season 1: Anthology? And where exactly? When three episodes openly continue the storyline from Murder House and essentially try to expand the first season into quite broad territories, I don't consider it an anthology series. Furthermore, when the third and fourth episodes were a complete flop, the fifth and sixth somewhat redeemed it and in the last episode, we are once again confronted with some sort of meta-story from Murder House. Sorry, but this constant reheating from the same bag is starting to exhaust me, and I basically don't even understand where this dumb idea for the whole concept came from. I dare say that if further series of this project, which are partly built for the sole purpose of promoting LGBTQ+, continue to be created, I am ready to say goodbye to Murphy. Season 2: I must appreciate it when a creator is able to listen to the voice of the people and the words of criticism. After a rather big fiasco with the first season, there is an evident effort to break free from the original AHS, which had a constant need to dissect into detail. The second season is truly a pure anthology, which, although still cannot offer as many quality episodes as we would like, at least the first two episodes were well above average and the next two were quite decent. The second half started to decline somewhat, although the episode Necro was interesting with its concept. Although it's not something extraordinary, I can say with certainty that I could barely finish the first season, whereas here, I was actually looking forward to each episode. ()
