Catz 2006 is a light-hearted simulation game created by ImaginEngine studio and released by Ubisoft. It belongs to the multi-title Petz series, which lets you look after various species of animals (dogs, horses, and even hamsters). This one lets you take care of virtual cats.

Little cats come in several breeds (including The Persian, The Himalayan, and the exotic Ocicat). Your task is to take care of your pets’ needs, feed them, pet and – something essential for every kitten – let them play both inside and outside.

The gameplay is enhanced by realistic audio effects, such as purring and meowing. Apart from this, the animals – which just go out of their way to make you happy – are eager to learn various tricks, wear fancy outfits, and take part in cat fashion shows. You can then take pictures of the cats and share them with other players in the online mode.

You can spoil your virtual pets, buying them toys and treats. The better you fulfill your daily duties, the better selection you are offered in the game’s store. Besides, Catz 2006 features mini-games, which can get you extra goodies.

In the game you can take in as many kittens as you please, as long as you can look after all of them. Note too, that each one has slightly different preferences and requires unique approach.
