Tactical Warfare PC

Tactical Warfare is a real-time strategy (RTS) created in the spirit of the famous Command & Conquer series. The game was made by an independent developer Mizrab.

Plot

Tactical Warfare focuses on the conflict between two human armies - the Assarlion and the Terrans. The first group arrives on Earth from a destroyed planet similar to it, looking for a new home. They encounter resistance from the Earthlings, who consider this an alien invasion.

Gameplay

The gameplay focuses on maintaining a balance between defense, attack, and resource gathering. We command one of the two main factions in the game: Terran and Assarlion. Each of them has unique characteristics, such as abilities, fighting styles, and unique combat vehicles and robots.

Collecting money is important for success in Tactical Warfare. The funds can help adjust and modernize our tactical plans. In case of lack of money, further progress in the war is impossible.

The base construction mechanics using a schematic approach allows us to focus on simultaneously creating the desired design and building defense systems, as well as enriching our army with new units.

The growth of the army and its expansion depends on the previously prepared tactics. This requires choosing the appropriate units to execute the plan, providing them with resources, and predicting the opponent's moves. For this purpose, during the skirmish, we can draw specific battle routes and designate attack targets. In addition, tasks should be assigned to each unit that will bring us closer to the implementation of the scenario.

Game modes

Tactical Warfare has several game modes.

The first one allows us to immerse ourselves in the conflict by performing specific missions on a defined difficulty level.

The War Skirmish mode allows for the creation of a custom battle for both local skirmish and multiplayer online.

In the classic survival mode, the task is to build, protect and strengthen the base against increasingly stronger waves of enemies.

The Outmaneuver Challenge mode involves attacking an existing base with specific units. Only in this mode the creators included the possibility of controlling the assault from a third-person perspective.
