Valiant Hearts: Coming Home is a sidescrolling action adventure game with platforming elements. It's a sequel to Valiant Hearts: The Great War from 2014. It was developed by Old Skull Games, responsible for games such as Nickelodeon Extreme Tennis and SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit.

Plot

Like the previous instalment, Valiant Hearts: Coming Home takes place during World War I. The campaign tells the story of four characters involved in the conflict. These include a paramedic, a German diver, a British pilot and a soldier serving with the Harlem Hellfighters, a regiment of black Americans.

Mechanics

In terms of gameplay mechanics, the game is an evolution of its predecessor. Valiant Hearts: Coming Home is a 2D platformer, testing both our dexterity and cunning. Throughout the game we explore the available areas, avoid threats, neutralize enemies and solve various puzzles.
