Cyberpunk 2077 Will Get Yet Another Update
Cyberpunk 2077 is expected to receive a new update soon. Fans can probably count on bug fixes.
It looks like Cyberpunk 2077 will be getting another update soon. We can notice that SteamDB, which collects all the most important information and changes regarding games released on Valve's platform, saw a lot of corrections to the database of CD Projekt Red's game.
This suggests that a new patch will be released for Cyberpunk 2077 soon. When exactly? There is a high chance that it will happen today. CDPR usually release patches on Tuesdays. Even if they act differently now, you can expect the game to receive an update in the next few days.
For now, we don't know exactly what the upcoming patch will change. The developers have not recently announced any planned updates, but the errors reported by players will most likely be fixed. One fix might have been mentioned some time ago:
We are aware of the issue where melee finisher animations are not working after Update 2.1. Thank you for your patience while we work on this problem.
Perhaps we will also receive a few new features as part of the patch. However, there is no point in counting on the introduction of New Game Plus, as the creators have mentioned more than once that they have no plans to add this mode.
The latest update to Cyberpunk 2077 was the one numbered 2.1. It was released in early December and introduced, among other things, the metro, a personal radio for V, binoculars, or new cats.
