Patch 2.01 for Cyberpunk 2077; CD Projekt Shares Patch Notes
CD Projekt RED has announced that a patch will soon be coming to Cyberpunk 2077 that will fix several glitches appearing after update 2.0.
A week ago Cyberpunk 2077 received the biggest update to date. And although patch 2.0 was received by most players very positively, it was not immune to several bugs that could effectively disrupt the experience. These glitches were so common that CD Projekt RED decided to prepare a separate patch.
From the information provided by Marcin Momot, community director at CD Projekt RED, we learn that the update, numbered 2.01, is primarily intended to increase the maximum size of save game files, intending to fix a problem that PlayStation 5 users have been experiencing since switching to Cyberpunk 2077 2.0.
These are not the only troublesome issues to be resolved in the new patch. According to information presented on CD Projekt RED's support page, the developers have taken care of, among other things, the user interface not displaying controller input when playing with the keyboard and mouse.
In addition, a glitch will be fixed, which caused V to die in the 'The Heist' mission, falling out of the elevator while riding to the 42nd floor with low FPS.
In addition the update is expected to improve the game's optimization on PCs and consoles, especially in Dogtown.

Unfortunately the developers did not reveal when we can expect the release of the new patch.
