In order to maintain your structures, you will need a hammer, but not an ordinary one - a repair tool. In this article we will tell you how to create one.

How to make a repair hammer in the forest

If you want to create a repair hammer, call up the inventory menu (I key on the keyboard by default). All you need to do is combine 2 stick, 1 rock, 2 Cloth and 10 sap. This will create a repair tool. Then press combine.

The easiest way to get sap is by cutting down trees. You will get sticks from the bushes. Rocks lie on the ground and you will find the cloth easily in travel cases.

The usefulness of the hammer in The Forest

This item is mainly used to repair damaged structures. However, it also has other uses. For example, you can hunt birds with it, although there are definitely much better ways to do this (remember that it is primarily a tool and will not hurt your enemies). The hammer is additionally suitable for clearing bushes. With it you will also collect sticks from small trees. So, as you can see, repair tool can be used in many other ways.
