inZOI is an upcoming life simulation game that is supposed to push the boundaries of the genre, building on the foundation laid by The Sims franchise. There is a difficult task in front of developers, as they strive to offer a more immersive and customizable experience than most other titles. The game's Early Access launch is scheduled for the end of this year, with console ports planned for the future. For now, players can start creating their first family for free in the Character Studio. However, some users have encountered an issue where they cannot save their characters in the canvas. Let’s dive into this problem.

How to Deal with Crashes When Trying to Save Character in Canvas

Canvas is a built-in platform in inZOI where players can share and discover their creations. It serves as a community hub for showcasing characters, homes, and other custom content.

The inZOI development team is aware of the crashes occurring when players save their characters to the Canvas. They’re actively working on a fix and have suggested updating graphics card drivers as a potential solution, similar to the issue with DirectX 12. The developers have explained on their Discord channel that the Canvas is experiencing high usage due to the influx of new creations, which may be causing instability when saving characters. For now, it’s best to wait for further update.
