Lightyear Frontier is a science-fiction adventure farming game. You end up on an alien planet, which you explore with the help of a mech. Your task is to adapt the planet for habitation and learn the secrets of the civilization that lived in this place. The game will be released in early access on March 19 on PC and Xbox Series S/X. From this guide you will find out if the game will also come to PS5 and PS4.

Lightyear Frontier – PS5 and PS4 Release Explained

Lightyear Frontier is coming to PC and Xbox Series X/S (you will be able to enjoy it through Xbox Cloud Gaming on older consoles) In addition, the game will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on day one.

At this point it is unknown if the title will come to PS4 and PS5. On official Discord, developers from Frame Break said only that they are currently focusing on the PC and Xbox Series S/X versions. It means that we should not expect PlayStation port anytime soon.

However, keep in mind that we are talking about an early access title. In addition, the developers did not deny that the game will be released on PS5 and PS4 consoles. So, it is possible that after the full release, Lightyear Frontier will also arrive on other devices. Of course, you must remember that these are only speculations.
