Mutant and Dark Mystery Survival Game Serum With Trailer

Developers from the Wroclaw-based Game Island studio have shared a gameplay trailer of their debut work. It will be a survival game titled Serum. So far it is not known when we will come to play it.

In Serum we will play as a character, who wakes up suddenly in an alien environment. The game will take us to a contaminated world full of mutants and mysterious locations.

Of great importance in the gameplay will be the title bright green substance. Serum is a difficult to identify liquid, which will be able to change our body or strengthen our weapons.

However, it is also most likely responsible for many of the problems of the game's dark world. So we will have to use the substance with caution, and our goal will be to find out the truth about it.

Familiar elements in a new setting

Serum will take us to a world full of science fiction elements, but in terms of gameplay it will be largely a classic survival game. Our biggest concern will be to make a shelter and survive in a dangerous environment.

We will be helped in this by tools and various forms of weaponry - both projectile and melee weapons. We will learn to craft them, gaining new skills and combing the environment in search of useful elements.

All the time we will also have to monitor the condition of our character. This is because the protagonist's health can be threatened by dangerous mutations.

In addition, the world of Serum is to be full of locations that will put our puzzle-solving skills to the test. If we manage to untangle them, we will get access to valuable chests and mysterious locations.

Unfortunately, for now we do not know when we will be able to get acquainted with Serum. It was only revealed that the game will debut "soon" and will only hit PCs.
