Top RPG and Alien Horror in PS Plus Extra and Premium for October (Rumor)
In October, PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers will most likely get access to survival horror Alien: Isolation. Disco Elysium and Gotham Knights will also be added to the service, according to the rumor.
It is likely that we have learned some of the games that will hit PlayStation Plus Extra and PlayStation Plus Premium later this month. The source of the rumor is insider billbil-kun, who once again revealed, using Dealabs, the games that subscribers will allegedly be able to play starting October 17.
According to the leaker, the highly rated open-world RPG Disco Elysium - The Final Cut will soon hit PS Plus Extra and Premium. On Steam the game has 96% positive reviews out of as many as 76,000 opinions. On Metacritic the average rating is 89/100 (for the PS5 version, where 31 critics' ratings were taken into account).
In addition, subscribers are set to get access to a game by Creative Assembly, starring the iconic xenomorph. The game in question is Aliens: Isolation, a survival horror game in which the player takes on the role of Ellen Ripley's daughter, Amanda, and must avoid an encounter with the dangerous alien at all costs.
A relatively new title, also due to hit PS Plus soon, is Gotham Knights (released on October 21, 2022). It's an action RPG developed by WB Games Montreal (the studio was responsible for, among other things, the excellent Batman: Arkham Origins) has been lukewarmly received by critics as well as gamers.

Last week, a screenshot surfaced on the web, suggesting that The Last of Us: Part II, Horizon: Forbidden West, as well as Hogwarts Legacy will soon be coming to PS Plus. However, the article posted on Dealabs today somehow contradicts these rumors. This is because billbil-kun claims that TLoU: Part II will certainly not become part of the subscription at this point. However, the leaker only revealed eight games, and he believes Sony is expected to present a full list of about 20 titles on October 11 at 5 p.m. CET.
