Does Seesaw have a hard limit of 10k connections?

One of the bundled load-balancing options for Anthos on VMware is the Seesaw LB. The Seesaw GH project [1] describes itself as an "LVS based load balancing platform" and the LVS docs [2] indicate that LVS can handle much more than 1 million simultaneous connections. However, the Anthos docs list a maximum of 10k connections for Seesaw [3]. Is that a hard limit or can it be increased via Seesaw config and/or more Seesaw VM resources?

There is no mention of a hard limit in the documentation, it's mentioned that is per VM running in your load balancer.
