Create Looker Instance: You do not have quota available for this option

When creating looker instance, I face with the issues, "You do not have quota available for this option "

However, I checked my looker quota, It seems I still have quota.

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

It seems that you're getting the error message "You do not have quota available for this option" when you try to choose between Standard, Enterprise, and Embed options. Could you confirm if you have a valid Looker license? If not, note that a license should be purchased to create a Looker instance. You would also need to reach out to sales team for this request.
