Felix Jerry Droz was born in the great lake State . While his grandparents were left behind both his parents moved from their home in, Los Angeles to Farmington Hills, Michigan near where he was born. He was raised by his Father who was a remodeling Contractor and Mother who led the household, has three sisters and no brothers . He left Michigan soon after being expelled during his last year of High School for not conforming to the school's rules and regulations . After being kicked out of School and while still a teenager he moved to Venice, California where he worked as a cook at a Taco stand and as a house painter . He even tried being a dishwasher but was fired on the second day . At 18 years of age, Felix moved in with a lady two years his senior at, 40 Brooks Avenue in, Venice, California just a stone's throw from the beach . It didn't take long before, Felix found himself another lady in nearby, Santa Monica then moved in with her but Santa Monica was considered too big of a City for him after moving from a small farming community in the Midwest . Within a few months he moved out and after bouncing around between, Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu where he sometimes slept on the beach ended up in, Berkeley, California where he met yet, another lady who attended the University of California at Berkeley . He moved into her apartment with her she had off of, Telegraph Ave. but, Berkeley wasn't his kind of place . No Ocean to surf, lay on the beach and soak up the sun so it didn't take long before he ended back down in Southern California . He completed his last year of School by getting his general education diploma or G.E.D . Later while hitch hiking up to Big Sur, California he met two students from the University of California at Santa Barbara who ended up giving him a lift and they invited him to stay at their apartment in, Isla Vista, a College community after he returned . After visiting, Isla Vista he soon took a love of Santa Barbara County and moved up to, Isla Vista and lived both at, 745 Camino Del Sur and in the 6600 hundred block of, Del Playa Drive, a Street known for its heavy weekend parties which ran along and above the Ocean . While in, Isla Vista he attended College in Santa Barbara and worked as a house painter and in the Construction trades while going through College to make ends meet . After dropping out of College and with his love of the Ocean he joined the U.S. Navy and became an advanced electronics technician while stationed in, San Diego, California but was found to be unadaptable to military life . Before being discharged from the Navy he spent two days in the brig and giving gratitude to the U.S. Navy managed to get out with an honorable discharge . After leaving, San Diego he moved back to Santa Barbara where he had gotten his first of three State Contractor's licenses and later a Realestate license . With the money he made doing Realestate and physically working as a Contractor he bought numerous delapidated houses throughout California that he successfully flipped . To this day he remains living close to, Santa Barbara in a house with two women, panoramic views of the Mountains, Valleys and blue Sky as the owner of a small business, sometimes Actor and occasional land Developer .
