Goofs
Larry states that both Stephanie and Darryl have AB- blood and thus Stephanie has Darryl's blood. While it's true that AB- is the rarest blood type, it is not true that a blood type must be a perfect match except in the case of a recipient with O- blood. Stephanie could have received blood from any type as long as it was Rh-. It would have been more accurate to say that they both had O- blood.

A bad time for Stephanie

Stephanie has an emergency operation and has to have a transfusion from Darryl, shocking her to her core.

This episode contains unpleasant moments. Stephanie learns a lesson in humility and equality, but equality seems to be out the window these days so who cares?

Strangely, the first sight we have of Michael, he's wearing plaid, after years of putting it down.

Stephanie becomes unbearable in the final season, but the root of that seems to start here. Before, her spoiled manipulation of others was either funny, it redounded against her or she was simply neglectful. Here, she's downright mean.
