Unacceptable Episode

I am surprised that others have rated this episode well. It was a horrible episode.

I have no objection that they made a villain, I have no objection that there were people afraid of the villain. However, they made the villain ridiculous -- totally ridiculous, as if the person somehow imagined they could get away with activities that a person would not be able to get away with.

And then after that, the people who were supposed to protect the victim were constantly not doing so, resulting in an episode that was infuriating to watch. Additionally, the detective was behaving like a moron. It was disappointing.
