The Night They Knocked (2019)
Surprise ending
This one was slow, the characters unlikeable. The director chose to film
half of it my the light of cigarette lighters, so you could barely see anything. The villians were pretty creepy. But the person you expected to do ok was predictable. Lastly (SPOILER) the movie ended in the middle! No end, no resolution and no explanation! The acting was at least fair, but the dialog was kind of stupid and consisted miostly of the F word. It had potential but none of it panned out. Basically it was a huge waste of time. Dont waste your time on it and especially don't pay even the minimum two dollars for it!!

What a piece of crap. Too fast, didn't pause on anything long enough to scare you. Main character was as obnoxious as a manic 6th grader making up stupid obscenities. Wore me out but not in a good way.
Risen (2021)
Risen never rose
We could not finish it. It was much too slow and the lead actress seemed to be in a coma. I don't like to give up on a movie but it was just a lost cause.
The Hateful Eight (2015)

Hateful Eight reminded me of an Agatha Christie parlor mystery, but set in the Old West, with a lot more violence. I enjoy anything Kurt Russell appears in,.
