Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating and updating daily reports. Effectively recruit the candidates through internet research, internal databases, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and targets. Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants. Ability to understand and analyze people.
