To commemorate the 23rd anniversary of September 11, FanDuel partnered with AmeriCorps and the 9/11 Day organization for a nationwide day of service and remembrance. FanDuel employee volunteers, across 5 cities (Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, and Philadelphia) helped package 9 million non-perishable meals for those in need.     The meals will be distributed during September, Hunger Action Month, a nationwide effort to raise awareness about hunger in America and inspire action. #911Day #DayofService

Today, we celebrated our 3rd annual Play Well Day, a day focused on FanDuel’s commitments to Responsible Gaming and the role every employee plays in supporting our players. We marked the day with events across our offices, including lived experience sessions with EPIC Global Solutions to raise awareness and humanize the issue of problem gambling, Community Impact activities to support our partnership with Operation HOPE and a live-streamed program featuring FanDuel leadership, employees and our amazing Responsible Gaming Ambassadors. At FanDuel, we aim to set the standard for what it means to be a responsible operator and we look forward to continuing to build a culture of Responsible Gaming across our organization. #RGEM2024 #PlayWell #PositiveImpactPlan

This Responsible Gaming Education Month, FanDuel is proud to share how we’re expanding our efforts to promote RG education and a culture of Responsible Gaming.    We’re excited to welcome former NBA player and basketball coach Randy Livingston and his wife, sports agent Anita Smith, to FanDuel’s RG Ambassador program, with a focus on amplifying their experiences, raising awareness of problem gambling and encouraging families to engage in proactive, informed conversations about gambling, the associated risks and where to go for support. In partnership with Randy, Anita and EPIC Global Solutions, we’re launching a new program, called Trusted Voices: Conversations About Betting to equip trusted adults, including parents and coaches, with tools and resources to talk to young people about gambling, including associated risks, warning signs, and proxy betting.   Additionally, FanDuel is expanding its relationship with Kindbridge Behavioral Health to further its program offering individuals who self-exclude from the FanDuel platform with direct access to comprehensive mental health assessments and group support services across all FanDuel markets.    Learn more about the Trusted Voices program at https://lnkd.in/gBcssgeY   #RGEM2024

Today, we wrap up our 2024 Summer League Program and say goodbye and good luck to the 23 interns who spent their summer with us. From Atlanta, New York City, Jersey City, and Toronto, our interns immersed themselves in various aspects of FanDuel's business over the last 10 weeks—and had a lot of fun along the way. Throughout the month of July, FanDuel celebrated our inaugural 'Employee Resource Group Month' where all 7 of our global ERGs were able to showcase the work they do to inspire a more inclusive, collaborative workplace where everyone feels represented and valued. Our ERGs hosted both social and educational events where employees across our 11 offices participated in game nights, happy hours, educational panels, trainings & webinars, cultural experiences, volunteer outings with local organizations. We are incredibly proud of the time, effort, and creativity our ERG members put into providing exceptional, transformative experiences for our employees, and we can’t wait to see how these groups continue to grow at FanDuel.
