Empowering growth with a human-first approach | Recruiting and HR solutions for tech companies

About us

Thrively exists out of a conviction that organizations need strong recruiting and HR partners like never before. We are a team of seasoned professionals who have all held senior leadership positions, sat on executive teams, and worked closely with boards. We’ve had to navigate scaling up quickly and scaling down. In a post-pandemic era we understand the stress that is placed on business leaders. Talent is demanding more work flexibility and authenticity from their leaders than ever before while leaders are feeling the demand from investors to stay lean and get to and maintain profitably. It’s no longer growth at all costs and everyone is trying to adjust. We know how to partner with leaders in this new dynamic to ultimately put the right talent in the right roles at the right time.

Our thrively team had an amazing time in Austin this week! We kicked things off with a fabulous dinner with one of our favorite clients—who also happens to be one of the finest human beings on the planet (no bias, just facts). Then, we soaked in some inspiration at #XDays, where Vivek Bhaskaran set the bar high with a fantastic opening speech. And what better way to end a productive trip than with Austin’s famous Bat Tour? Because nothing says 'successful business trip' like watching a million bats take flight at sunset. 🦇 Austin, you never disappoint! #HighThrive #RelationshipsMatter #TeamWork #VulnerableTrust #BePresent

Today, Thrively celebrates Juneteenth! 🎉 While we may use today as a marker commemorating the end of slavery in the US and pausing to celebrate all the rich cultural contributions of Black Americans, we also have to acknowledge that our work is still far from done. It’s crucial to recognize that our journey toward equity and inclusion is ongoing. As organization leaders, we have a responsibility to continue building workplaces where diversity is not just acknowledged but celebrated. This means actively fostering environments where Black employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive! 🌿 Let us all commit to ongoing education, meaningful conversations, and actionable steps to ensure that equity is at the forefront of our organizational cultures. Together, we must actively build workplaces that truly honor and uplift the invaluable contributions of our Black colleagues, today and every day. #Juneteenth #Equity #Inclusion #Diversity #WorkplaceCulture #CelebrateDiversity

Quiet quitting is a real thing! We've spoken with hundreds of people in the past six months from mid-level to executive positions and we know there are many folks who just aren't motivated to give any more to their current companies. In many cases, the very minimum is getting done. As leaders, we know quiet quitting can seem like an incredibly frustrating reality to deal with. We firmly believe that leaders can reach out and get their employees motivated again. When quiet quitting goes unchecked, it leads to: - Decreased productivity and quality of work - Increased absenteeism and turnover - Lowered morale and engagement across the team But you can prevent and address quiet quitting by: - Regularly checking in with your people about their workload and stress levels - Understanding where your people want to gain new skills and then giving them opportunities to do so - Authentically allowing people opportunities to share on how to better your products, services, and culture - Benchmarking compensations and transparently sharing compensation strategies - Model healthy work-life boundaries yourself - Provide resources and training on stress management and resilience Your employees are your most valuable asset. Start treating them like it and your business will thank you! #employeeengagement #quietquitting
