What she said 🥰 "There is a world in which work can feel full-filling, ease our nervous systems, and feel GOOD" Be sure to check out our new site - we love it a lot.
New site who's this 🤩🥹 Big kudos to our friend Will Preble for helping us out with this refresh. He and Ascendance have been advising us on ways we can elevate our mission through AI and still keep the humanness of it all interact. Will is truly walking in his purpose and a genuine leader to collaborate and follow along with as this space evolves. Stay tuned for more on our real work together someday soon 👀💪 I also want to give a much needed shout out to the man behind Mesh - Dalton FritzScott. Another human walking in his light with a vision for a more aligned world. I am constantly inspired by the way you lead with empathy first, ALWAYS. We need more you's out there <3 I couldn't have asked for a better leader, mentor, and friend to come into my life these last, almost 6 years now - it's been an honor of a lifetime to learn from you. I love you and the work we get to do together everyday endlessly!!! To anyone reading this - you are important. You have a purpose. Thank you for being here and supporting our mission and vision to bring a more dharma based workforce to life - there is a world in which work can be full-filling, ease our nervous systems, and feel GOOD. I know it's unpredictable out there right now - keep going. Keep believing in yourself. There IS a place for you out here in this mad, mad world ✨ Cheers to moving forward with gratitude and LOVE 💓

If your nervous system dosent feel safe, you won’t be able to make good decisions, problem solve, or think clearly. If your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, you’ll be reactive, agressive, and take things personal. If your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, you won’t be able to be of service to yourself, your communities and those who need you. The state of “rest and reset” verse “fight or flight” -survival - is essential for a vital, thriving ecosystem of humans. Be mindful of the environments you are in and co-creating for yourself, your teammates, clients and colleagues. Move away from anything that sparks fear over joy. You deserve a calm nervous system, especially where you work.

The success of your "career" can be measured in how unique it is. How (im)perfectly beautiful and winding of a journey it is. Be radically authentic Follow the spark inside of you that says "fuck yes" Do that crazy thing your soul yearns for <3

"How To Be Innovative" - a nonexhaustive guide from a guy in his 20's 👇 Stop following the crowd. Diversify your information sources. Study across disciplines. If you're in Marketing, study theology and engineering. Engineer? Study marketing and classical art. Read stuff others wont, do things others haven't. Travel to interesting places and meet people who live in totally different social, economic, and temporal realities. Don't box yourself into one role or space. If you're in your 20's (or even if you're not), throw caution to the wind for a time and try something crazy that sparks your spirit (prefferably multiple things in totally different spaces). Overtime, you train a unique mental model, a lens for viewing the world, that you'll never get elsewhere (even if you commission 1000's of Mickinsey consulting engagements) Why? Most people see the same things, but you? You'll see the liminal space between the things. This is where magic still lives in this world. -- I wrote this for a collab article on here, and thought it was worth sharing. What would you add to this?

When building teams, gathering humans together, or curating connection it’s important to think holistically 💫 The success of a project or group is often times determined by the synergy of the individuals collaborating. Energy is not something to be ignored in our world of work and is a significant factor I take into consideration in my recruiting, community organizing, and every-day life practices. Mesh
