🚀 Exciting News: Last month, I was accepted into the Headstarter AI Fellowship! 🎉 As part of the fellowship, We have to work on five Artificial Intelligence projects and one final project. I'm thrilled to share that my first project was a Pantry Tracker Management App, designed to help users efficiently manage their inventory. The tech stack was entirely new to me, but I embraced the challenge. I used Next.js as the React framework, Material-UI for crafting a sleek and responsive UI, and Firebase Firestore as the backend database. The app allows users to add items to their inventory, monitor quantities, and remove items. A feature I’m particularly proud of is the ability for users to upload pictures of items directly or through the camera. Creating something substantial from scratch has been incredibly rewarding, and I feel accomplished in achieving this milestone. Introducing- FitTrack My final submission for the Google Gemini Api developer Competition #buildwithgemini https://lnkd.in/gWVf3wtx Integrated with flutter + firebase + Gemini (Google ai studio) I've been working on this project for a couple of months now. The concept was to build a fitness application none like the others with assistance from gemini with system instruction and chat also added multimedia upload to enhance the assistance experience much more ,I have two models here one for faster result with the flutter gemini package and one with google generative ai which was customized and i decided to give the user an option to choose one Tracking the data was made by following a program and loading the data everyday done by the user obviously :) and i calculated the weekly volume of the big 3 (squat bench deadlift) to track it and used a line graph for representation. For the UI i came up with a minimalistic design which is my personal choice , makes it a very user-friendly interface using Firebase auth for authentication, firestore for database and that's it. Future: would love to integrate real time voice chat with the ai so i can track the workouts without the need of manually input of the data and train the model on custom programs and train the model on user data which can be used to predict the Advancement of users with their goals and make changes accordingly ... 🌟 Wrapping up an Exciting Week at Google I/O Extended 2024 George Town! 🌟 I had an amazing time at the Google I/O Extended 2024 George Town event hosted by Google Developer Groups (GDG). Here are some highlights from the sessions I attended: 1. From Fast to Instant Loading on the Web, without AI by Vin Lim, Director @Arteesan & Google Developer Expert in Web Technologies. Learned about the Speculation Rules API, which transitions web pages from fast to near-instant loading. 2. How I Use Generative AI Tools as a Flutter Developer by Yong Shean Chong, Senior Software Engineer @Comerge Solutions & Google Developer Expert in Flutter and Dart. Explored the use of generative AI with Gemini Code Assist in Flutter development. 3. Build gen AI features with Firebase Genkit and Gemini API by Shang Yi Lim, Staff Software Engineer @Hubble & Google Developer Expert in Firebase. Gained insights into how Genkit supports the development and maintenance of generative AI features in apps and Cloud Firestore. ...#GoogleAI #LLM #Gemini recently had it's #AIimageCreator #TextToImageGenerator from #Imagen2 to #Imagen3 recently. For those who have not tried it, it's very basic in comparison to advanced and more established apps and plugins of it's kind. It has been upgraded and there is no longer a "generate more" tab. There is though a tiny little hover over in the bottom right corner of the image for #AItools and a mini popup menu, which is cool. *N.B. The the AI image gen doesn't work on the app, only on desktop. (possibly tablets, wouldn't know) Prompt: **Minimalist Nostalgia**: Simple line drawings of diner food items with a clean, minimalist design and subtle Prussian Blue accents. Please utilize Imagen to create concept artwork of this outline. It appears my playing around with #GoogleGemini and the back end #GoogleAIforDevelopers, prompt engineering sandbox and #AItools / #Aiapps development portal has not gone un-noticed, with an email this morning from Google #developers / GoogleAI inviting me to assist with training Gemini V1.5, which I'd love to be paid to do, but alas it's free... I guess the other fringe benefits I get such as access and freedom to use various Google API's in my scripts and code will have to do...for now.

🚀 Just finished building an interactive California House Price Prediction App using Streamlit! 🏡📊 This app allows users to predict median house prices in California by inputting various housing features, such as median income, house age, number of rooms, population, and more. The app uses a Random Forest Regressor for real-time predictions, offering quick insights into the housing market across different regions. 🌎 One of the standout features of the app is its user-friendly interface. With interactive sliders on the sidebar, anyone can easily explore how different factors affect house prices, making the app accessible to both data enthusiasts and real estate professionals alike. 💡 Additionally, I integrated SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) to make the predictions more interpretable. SHAP visualizations provide a detailed explanation of how each input feature impacts the prediction, adding a layer of transparency to the model's decision-making process. 🔍 This project is a great example of how machine learning can be combined with interactive tools to provide valuable insights.
