ASSENT STEEL is thrilled to share the highlights from our recent Lunch and Learn (L&L) Session. Additional Random Thoughts about the Steel Service Center Industry: Your company's success in achieving its goals is not through big, splashy initiatives that are well meaning but promptly forgotten. Rather each day management makes many small decisions that are consistent with who you are (culture) and where you want to go (vision). That's what gets you there. Work hard to establish personal relationships with your team at all levels. The same goes for suppliers and customers. It is harder for people to say no to you if you have one.
