Tony Johnson

Tony is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s insurance practice helping clients transform and modernize their finance and actuarial functions. He leads Deloitte’s insurance outsourcing practice and Managed Actuarial Services (MAS) offering.

As the leader of Deloitte Consulting’s insurance outsourcing arrangements, Tony leads the practice in devising ways to bring application management, foundry, and business process enablement services to Deloitte Consulting’s insurance portfolio. In his MAS offering role, Tony helps clients drive change within their organizations by defining initiatives that provide the blueprint for a transformed finance organization. Through his efforts, the finance and actuarial functions are able to assume a more strategic role within the organization based on the adoption of a redefined operating model, redesigned processes, and new approaches to service delivery excellence.

His clients include Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies within the insurance subsector of financial services that desire to transform their organization’s operating model and approaches to delivering services.
