Fans of Path of Exile are still playing the latest expansion, in the form of August's Trial of the Ancestors. However, Grinding Gear Games is already working on the next attractions. The team has revealed what new features we can expect in the coming months.
- The next DLC, which will be released together with patch 3.23, will debut this December. Originally, a late November release was considered, but the developers gave themselves a few extra weeks to ensure that the project was properly polished.
- As a result, the current league (Ancestor League) will be extended by several weeks. In addition, three special in-game events are planned for November, each of which will last about a week, providing further opportunities to win attractive prizes.
- A new showcase of Path of Exile 2 is also being prepared for late November. It will be part of a broadcast, during which the new expansion for the first part of the series will also be announced.
- The developers have confirmed that the start of PoE2's closed beta is still scheduled for June 2024.
- With the announcement of the next expansion for the first Path of Exile new Core Supporter Packs will be added to the virtual store, and the existing ones will be withdrawn from sale.
