although the picture on [page] clearly says j. barnes, it is not jess(e) barnes. it is burleigh grimes.

please ignore the previous entry by the same title. i have done further research and discovered the picture attributed as j. (jesse) barnes is neither mr. barnes nor burleigh grimes. it is, in fact, Wilfred "Rosy" Ryan.

the picture cited from sabr.org in the previous correction of this title is also mr. jess(e) barnes. ^[3]
