Loki's Blades are the weapons of choice, typically daggers, which were used by Loki and his variants.

Attack on Jotunheim[]

Loki took his knives when he went to Jotunheim with Thor as he intended to attack the Frost Giants. During the ensuing fight, Loki threw a dagger at one of a Frost Giant, instantly killing him. He then stabbed another enemy with a knife, but this enabled the Frost Giant to grab his arm, causing Loki to begin to understand his true nature as a Frost Giant himself as he was unaffected by this. Loki later discarded the use of his blades when he seized the throne of Asgard after Thor was exiled and Odin fell into the Odinsleep, rather wielding Gungnir as a sign of his new status.^[1]

Destruction of Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S.[]

When Loki first traveled to Midgard, he arrived at Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S., where he attacked several S.H.I.E.L.D. agents by throwing blades into their necks.^[2]

Battle of New York[]

In 2012, during the Battle of New York, Loki was confronted by Thor, who attempted to reason with him by questioning if he really wanted such chaos. However, Loki had instead used this distraction as an opportunity to get closer to Thor, before he used a small dagger to stab Thor, while pretending to be sensitive to his request that Loki should stop the Chitauri army. The dagger, however, was far too small and thin to seriously injure Thor, who then removed it from his body without suffering from significant pain, while Loki boarded a Chitauri Chariot and escaped.^[2]

Battle of Svartalfheim[]

Loki was given a dagger by Thor after he was released from the Asgardian Dungeons, despite Thor's reluctance to entrust his brother with a weapon. As they prepared to confront Malekith on Svartalfheim, Loki feigned to betray Thor and to stab him with the knife, later creating an illusion as if Loki amputated Thor of his hand and forearm. Loki later used his dagger to take down an entire group of Dark Elves in the ensuing confrontation and failed attempt to reclaim the Aether.^[3]

Ragnarök[]

In 2017, Loki threatened Doctor Strange with a pair of daggers after he was released from a dimension of void in which he had been falling for thirty minutes while Strange met with Thor. However, Loki was forcibly transported through an portal to Norway before he could attack.

After Hela followed Loki and Thor into the Bifrost Bridge, Loki threw a dagger at her in an attempt to stop her. Hela caught the dagger and promptly threw it back at Loki, causing him to be ejected from the Bifrost, eventually landing on Sakaar.

Loki used a pair of dual blades against Valkyrie as they had both been tasked by the Grandmaster with finding Thor. Using his weapons, Loki was able to block Valkyrie's arm, thus revealing her tattoo signaling her former allegiance, and even managed to disarm her. However, this was not enough to prevent Valkyrie from overpowering him in the end.

Later, during the Battle of the Rainbow Bridge, Loki wielded a pair of dual blades he used with proficiency in combination with his helmet to take down several Berserkers.^[4]

Attack on the Statesman[]

In 2018, Loki approached Thanos and the Black Order, who had slaughtered half of the population of the Statesman, pretending to be ready to join them. He then stealthily took out his dagger and concealed it in his hand before trying to stab Thanos in the throat. However, Thanos saw through Loki's scheme using the newly acquired Space Stone and blocked the strike using the Infinity Gauntlet, disarming Loki and choking him to death.^[5]

Ambush at Roxxcart Mall[]

A Loki Variant was given his daggers by Agent Mobius M. Mobius in preparation for an operation for the Time Variance Authority, much to the utter delight of Loki. However, these daggers were promptly confiscated by Hunter B-15, as she did not trust Loki to go on the mission with his primary weapons. The daggers were put inside a locker.^[6]

Retaken by Loki[]

Having once Loki had returned to the Time Variance Authority Office, he took his daggers out of the locker, thereby finally reclaiming them. Loki used his daggers during his confrontation with Sylvie Laufeydottir with the former holding his own against the other Loki variant's own incredible skills.

Loki attempted to strike a deal with Sylvie, so that the two of them start working together to conquer the TVA, but much to his disappointment he fails as the latter starts attacking him instead.^[7]

Collector's Museum[]

In an alternate 2008, the daggers were acquired by the Collector and housed inside his museum on Knowhere.^[8]

Capabilities[]

Loki's daggers can be wielded in a fight at close range or long range. They are sharp enough to harm Humans, Frost Giants, Dark Elves, Asgardians, and possibly Titans. Loki can increase the damage the blades inflict by magically propelling them with his telekinetic powers.
