Very decent, great character designs, landscapes are really nice. Op and Ed video are nice.
Sound
Theme songs are great. Voice acting is very good. However, many important scenes lacked BGM, so many moments felt dry.
Story
Really, really, really dry and bad story. 2 more saiyans were created for this movie (though the saiyan race should have been extinct).
Brolly's father's plan/motive is bleh. Also, Earth is the only single great planet in the whole universe system (north, east, west, south)!?? Man, that's so poorly-thought and LAME. Also, what is Brolly's motive? To fight the saiyan who lied in the crib next to his while they were infants. (cruetly of King Vegeta affected only Brolly's father, not Brolly). If Brolly's motive were Vegeta, now that would have made sense. All in all, bleh. Plus, the god Brolly was a god until the last few minutes, where magically Goku's single punch made Brolly explode like a machine (WTF?). How uncreative.
Characters
Nothing remarkable. Enemy characters sucked big time. I guess DBZ hardcore fans adore Brolly because he is a god with flashy powers. I don't fall for that.
Value
Better than all DBZ movies I have seen so far, but they all suck big time, so it's not really glory for this movie. The movie has a more irrational enemy than Cell.
Enjoyment
Ever since Brolly broke out of control, I was counting minutes until the end of the movie. Boring and irrational as hell. Brolly's motive (lack, actually) is stuuuupid. The final fight is so stupid and irrational as well.
However, what I did enjoy in this movie were the comedy scene with Goku and Chichi at the end, and the first part of the movie before they landed on the far far away planet. After watching this indeed "best" DBZ movie, I conclude that DBZ's worth is so much lower than I imagined. However, hardcore flash-god fans are prone to enjoy it, I suppose.
